Holloway Lodging Real Estate Investment Trust (TSXV: HLR.UN, HLR.DB, HLR.DB.A) ("Holloway" or the "REIT") confirmed today that its trust units and debentures will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on July 17, 2007 under the symbols HLR.UN, HLR.DB and HLR.DB.A. There will be no further trading of the trust units and debentures on the TSX Venture Exchange after July 16, 2007 and the trust units and debentures will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the commencement of trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on July 17, 2007.
